Contract Vehicles


Data Intelligence LLC is a subcontractor to L3 LSI/C2S2(formerly L3 ILEX Systems) on the P001 contract. this contract is for Systems and Software engineering/technical services in support of the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC).  The primary objective of this effort is to acquire systems engineering technical services to support life cycle activities associated with the Mission Critical Defense Systems (MCDS) software supported by SEC, and the software engineering technology and interoperability efforts of SEC.  These systems are in various stages of the life cycle from Concept Exploration through and including Production and Development.  The migration of legacy systems to a common and enforced C4I Technical Architecture, which will apply to all C4I programs is a goal.  Software engineering support is required from the contractor in the areas of computer resource management, analysis of technical documentation, participation in technical reviews, evaluation of test plans, field exercises support, system and integration testing, and conduct of applicability studies and analysis of common software.  This also includes various associated management and planning activities.

Information Technology Services - Small Business  (ITS-SB)

The Information Technology Services – Small Business (ITS-SB) will include a range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with information technology (IT) services within CONUS. The IT services solutions are categorized in the following task areas; Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT), Information Assurance (IA), Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) Engineering Services, Migration / Integration IT Services, and Warranty and Maintenance.

Data Intelligence LLC is a subcontractor to SNVC on theITES-2S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of Army netcentric goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army Regulation 25-1 (AR 25-1).

The R2-3G Contract Vehicle

Data Intelligence LLC is a subcontractor to ASKII on the R2-3G Contract vehicle. R2-3G  is a multiple award task order contract that consists of seventeen separate Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

Requirements for a broad range of services are competed as task orders against these seventeen contracts and awards are designed to be executed within 45 days from solicitation. The aggregate ceiling value of the seventeen prime contracts over a 5 year period of performance which began in July, 2010, is $16.4B.

The R2-3G Contract can be used by any Government agency that uses federal funds. Customers include, Department of State, NASA, DoD, Commerce, etc. The R2 program offers federal managers an efficient and effective means of acquiring critical, near obsolete items, thus sustaining crucial weapon systems, mitigating system downtime, and serving the immediate needs of the war-fighters and peacekeepers 
 on the EITA contract.

Enterprise IT Acquisition (EITA)

Data Intelligence LLC is a subcontractor to SAIC on the EITA contract.
EITA is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to award task orders providing information technology products and services for customers of the 554th Electronic Systems Group (554th ELSG) and Operations and Sustainment Systems Group (OSSG) to include Air Force and other government agencies in the Combat Support, National Security, and Business Operations arenas such as Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, Materiel Management, Business Information, Financial Management, Procurement, Human Resources, Medical, and other areas as needed. The objective is to procure new development, technical refresh, legacy maintenance, leverage use of commercial-off-the-shelf products, and process improvement support for various programs in support of the warfighter.
